2. Consent to receive alerts
2.1 In order to receive alerts when the investor relations website is updated for specific categories of a user’s choosing, the user inputs their email address. A verification email is then sent to the user, requesting to click on a unique link (valid for 1 hour) to verify their email address.
2.2 Each time a subscriber receives an email alert, the email contains an unsubscribe button and a link to this privacy notice. Once the user clicks on the unsubscribe button, they are taken to a page on the investor relations website where they can unsubscribe. To avoid having a user wait until they receive an email alert in order to unsubscribe, a user can request an alert to be sent immediately via the website, which contains a link to unsubscribe.
2.3 Should a user decide to change their alert preferences, each time a subscriber receives an alert email, there is a link to manage preferences. Once the user clicks on the link, they are taken to a page on the investor relations website where they can amend their email alert notification preferences.
